Where we are

The public site is in reasonable shape. It has a skip link, real landmarks, labelled form fields, alt text on every image, and a colour-contrast check that runs on every build and fails it rather than warning. A page that does not meet the contrast threshold does not ship. The same habit is why our transparency page lists what the product does not do.

The signed-in app is behind the public site. We have fixed the things that made it unusable by keyboard, including navigation that could not be reached by tab, form fields with no visible focus, and dialogs that did not hold focus. There is more to do.

What we know is not right yet

• The app has no automated contrast gate. The public site does, and the app's palette is larger and unaudited.
• We have not done a screen-reader pass of the whole product, so we cannot claim it reads well end to end.
• No independent audit has been carried out, so we do not publish a conformance report.

We would rather list these than claim a level we have not tested to. If you need a formal conformance statement for a procurement process, tell us and we will say plainly what has and has not been assessed.

What we do not use

There is no accessibility overlay on this site. Overlay widgets promise to fix a site from the outside, are frequently named in complaints, and have made real barriers worse for the people they are sold as helping. The fixes here are in the markup.

If something blocks you

Tell us what you were trying to do, the page, and what got in the way. Assistive technology and browser help, but a plain description is enough. Write to support@crawld.co or use the contact page.

We will reply, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can fix quickly or something that needs real work. If it is a barrier to using something you are paying for, we will find you a way through in the meantime. That includes running a scan for you by hand if the interface is in your way.
